Hey! I’m Jessica Faith McBride,
aka The Daymaker.
My journey started back in 9th grade, when I turned my love for gift-giving into a little business crafting custom gift baskets and poster boards. From spooky Halloween surprises to thoughtful anniversary gifts, I started by making things for my boyfriend just for fun—but when I shared them online, people started asking to place their own orders. That early support lit a spark in me, and I’ve been creating ever since.
At 19, I enrolled in bartending school to chase a dream I’d always had: owning a mobile bartending business. I wanted to build real skills and dive deeper into the world of mixology, and I did. After a year and a half of gaining hands-on experience in restaurants, I launched both my mobile bartending and luxury decorating services.
Believe it or not, the decorating side of things wasn’t part of my original plan! But, one fateful day, a friend asked me to help style a hotel room for their anniversary. I posted the finished setup on social media, and to my surprise, the response was overwhelming and more requests started pouring in! Before I knew it, I was styling proposals, baby showers, birthdays, graduations—you name it.
This business is my heart. I’ve poured so much love and intention into every detail, and I’m so proud of how far it's come.
